Can I order merchandise over the phone?
Yes, you may order merchandise over the phone for shipment anywhere in the United States.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for cash back or store credit. We only accept unopened items from the store with a receipt. Sorry, no returns on close-out sales.

How often does your merchandise go on sale?
Each month we feature a particular product to go on sale. We have an entire store sale every November prior to the holiday season and sidewalk sales twice a year. See Events for more information.
